    Welcome to the new EHOA Online Membership System

    Benefits

    We have recently upgraded our old membership system to a new online version to give both the EHOA and our Members additional benefits.  Member benefits include:

    • Online membership application with payment by credit card. 
    • Membership renewal online with payment by credit card
    • Keep your address and contact details up to date
    • Online registration and payment for Events and Training - coming soon

    From an administrative perspective it will help automate some time-consuming processes in the organisation such as new member applications, membership renewals, payments and membership renewal notices.

    This will make our Membership Secretary's job much less time-consuming and it will also help with our communications with members - emails and our new E-newsletter

     

    Data Security

    We are aware that this is can be an issue and would like to assure you that:

    • No credit card or banking information is kept in the system and all credit card payments are made through a secure third party payments service (Paypal)
    • We do not sell or share any information about our members with third party organisations
    • All data is backed up remotely each night and kept in multiple locations
    • Over 15,000 organisations use the software worldwide, the system is Microsoft accredited and follows stringent securty processes
